Wow! I'm glad it finally worked out. That's a great CLI, so congrats on that! Honestly, when I read how difficult the application process can be, I lost interest quickly. At the end of the day, it's only a 1% increase from what I already have, and my spend isn't crazy high anyway.
All in all, worth it though it seems!! Congratulations on the AOD CLI Approval!! 🎉🥂👏

That was definitely my wife's perseverance and a little irritation.
I would have let it go too.
Forgot to ask, you guys filed the complaint with NCUA just to get a response from AOD's CEO?
It was social media. Facebook maybe?
Congratulations on your huge CLI!!
Congratulations on your new found liquidity!
I am sure that the extra 20k is worth it to have from such a exclusive CU. I personally cannot get in even. Can you by any chance elaborate on what their concern was to business income? How did they miscalculate it? I want to be ready for all of the stuff they can pull on me when I finally apply and we already know they are difficult. I already failed twice trying.

This is so weird. My wife and I were all prepared for all kinds of hurdles and both of us were only applying for the AOD credit card because applying for membership was a hard pull anyway so might as well. And other than the almost four weeks (it was over the holiday season) process time we got everything we asked for with no issues. But we are both employed and have a long history in our professions maybe that is key. However we just recently (a year and a half) moved to another state so we had lots of new activity including another car loan, mortgage, and 3 new credit cards each.
