BLUF: approved - $25K Affinity FCU cash Rewards VS
Based on forum recommendations, applied for this card (and membership in the CU at the same time).
VA resident. EX pulled (813 FICO8 at the time, 7 INQs (3 very recent), <1% util (AZEO), new mortgage account (refi)).
Contributed $5 to an NJ Financial Education org and deposited $5 for the seed CU share account. Followed up on initial application with a call 2 days later; asking if they wanted proof of income (I gross ~5K/period); they did; I uploaded statements).
Received a call a few days later; they asked about the 3 recent INQ's (one refi, one CLI, one new card that hadn't yet posted (Citi Custom - 9.4K).
Approved for $25K, ~12% or so A.P.R.
Aggregate CL now ~340K; I only rarely use even 1% of it in a given month and, when I do, it's likely for travel.
This puts me at 5/24, but it'll be 3/24 come December.

Thanks. It's the highest initial card limit extended by an organization with which I had no history -- tho' the CSP was up there, as a percentage of my income.

I applied for membership and the card concurrently. Membership acceptance was immediate. The card process took about a week, and might have taken longer had I not initially contacted Affinity to follow up.
But it's all good. 😎
