So today I decided to play around and see if I had any preapprovals out there and what do you know, there was 3 for AmEx. I decided to take the bait and I applied and OMG I WAS APPROVED!! I'm still shocked! I was approved for the AmEx PRG. WOW!

You usually have to wait 5 business days before applying for a second card. You may want to recon the BCE application after the 5 business days have passed.
