AmEx ED 2.5x CLI

Got my first AmEx in 5/2015 and tried to get a CLI earlier, but was a little too early on pulling the trigger. Just tried again for the 3x CLI and they countered for 2.5x. $2,000 ---> $5,000. Hope to be able to pull $15k by the end of the year. Will go back to being my daily driver once I complete the MSR on my Chase WOH and get the full SUB with that.

The good guys get another one!

Re: AmEx ED 2.5x CLI

Congrats!

I received a 3x CLI the 2nd day after i was approved, before i even got the card. I marked my calendar to apply for a CLI on my 181st day, so hoping for 3x then.

I love my ED card, although now that i've hit the SUB it's been sock drawered until i decide to apply for the Platinum and pool its SUB MR points for some travel next year.

Re: AmEx ED 2.5x CLI

Congratulations! The ED card is my next goal and they are having a great BT offer that would be amazing for me at the moment. I also tried for the "pre-card arrival CLI" but got the 7-10 day message 2 days after being approved for the HH surpass at $1k, assuming a denial. Was yours approved instantly when you did that?

I got the 7-10 day message, but my new 3x CL showed up when i logged in a few days after i requested it.

How'd you get the credit score badge in your signature with the credit bureau's logos?

Re: AmEx ED 2.5x CLI

Ok awesome!!! so there is still hope! lol

I actually had a lot of trouble figuring it out but was able to get the badges I saw on another members sig. Here is how I did it:

1) right click my badges

2) open image in new tab

3) edit the URL in the spot that shows my numerical score (i.e. 684 for TU, should be near the front of the URL) to whatever your score is

4) Hit enter and your new badge will show up

5) copy that url

6) go to tinyurl and input the new URL with your score (the original wil be insanely long and won't fit)

7) copy the new tiny url

8) Insert it between the quotations ( <img src=""> ) like normal sig HTML

9) Copy and paste it into where your other score badges were on your settings page

I give all credit for the design to @momomango I basically stole his and figured out how to add my DP's to them.
