Since I've seen a couple of other posts about Amazon CLIs today, I thought I'd add another. Opened account last May, so when third statement cut + 1 day, I instituted a chat, asking the rep if I needed to wait 6 months to request an increase. He said I did not have to wait if I didn't want to, and that the inquiry would not show on my credit report (except to me). He asked my current income and what increase I would like and I submitted $3,500. After a minute or so I got the congratulations! Incidentally, the previous limit was $1,500, which had been my lowest card. Not really a lot of activity on the card...yet.
Credit score is 690, which will be a good bit higher once a couple of accounts update this month. Next in the CLI request rotation in October would be Discover and Cap One Walmart, but neither of those seem CLI-friendly so if they happen they happen, but very low expectations.
