IIRC $10k is max for store card

@PapaTunde, the limit on the Amazon store card can go higher than $10K.

@AlanGJP, since most CLI online requests can cap typically around $10K, you would need to contact the Credit Solutions department so they can review the account for a higher limit. It will still be SP. The highest I've seen was $20K, IIRC.

I did get a follow up (below). I'm going to keep it at $10k, no reason to poke the beast here, and I don't need a larger credit line with Amazon at the moment. At least this offers some concrete clarification regarding their automated limits.

Datapoints:

Approved for the card: 08/16/2021

First bump: 12/09/2021 -> $8,000

Second bump: 04/10/2022 -> $10,000

Requested at least once/month and turned down for "not enough experience with current limit" every time it wasn't approved. I rarely use/used the card as we usually use my wife's card. (Speaking of which, I need to see if we can push her's to $10k)

Synchrony Bank has reviewed your recent request to increase the credit line on your account. A credit line of $10,000 has been established, unless you declined the partial increase. We regret that we were unable to approve the higher credit line you requested.

The reason(s) for our decision are listed below:

• The requested amount exceeds the limits set by our credit policy
