Amazon Store Card partial increase!

I just called credit solution number and asked for CLI on my amazon store card. I had the card 11/28/14 with initial limit of $300, then called credit solution last 1/12/15 for CLI i asked for $1,000 then they granted it. Now i tried another one, i asked $10,000 the girl dropped her phone when she heard what i'm asking, then she asked some questions then put me on hold, when she got back she told the maximum i can get is $6,000 and they will send the reason through mail. But yeah i gladly accept it. So now i have $6,000 CL on my Amazon Store Card.
