Amazon Store and Walmart Store Card Aprproved at 620 ! Thanks Synhrony

I applied for the Walmart card last month and the approved me for 500. Then this month for the Amazon Card and it was approved for $700! This is a big deal for me and Today a Discover IT Card for 2,000! That is a big deal for me ! My Bank of America is still secured and still at $500 after a year, capital one started me out last feb at 300 and I got an Auto CLI to 500 In October. Here's hoping Within the next year the others will follow suit.

AAoA=1 Year 9 Months

Fico=exp 620, TU 627, EQ-621

2 old collections and

2 late pyments on student loan in 2015 for 180 late. Smiley Sad

Looks like things are looking up for me.

Anyone know if I'll be able to be approved for a house with lates and collections. should i wait til 2020 for last baddie to come off?

Major Congrats on the WMT, AMZN and DISCO Cards!!!  Smiley Happy

Now, a Home loan could be tricky.  I know lenders who will put someone

in a House with a 610 FICO and 3% down.  I'd say it all depends on what

you're buying, you're income stability, and debt obligations CCs and Student

loans, cars etc.  SYNC wouldnt give me a Walmart card until I had a solid

TU 640 score but a lender would give me a Mortage with a 610 FICO which

never made any sense to me; but that just Me.  I'd say unless it was the Real

Estate deal of the century Id wait for Baddies to fall off and get a better

Interest Rate when locking in for 15-20 or 30 Years on a Mortgage.  My 2 cents.
