American Express CLI + APR

I requested a $10k CLI online for my Amex BCE card. My last CLI was 15 months ago. Instantly approved, bringing my limit to $40k. By the way, i've never been asked for one of those 4506t forms. Income is now $62k.

Feeling lucky, I did an online chat with Amex, to inquire about permanently lowering my APR for purchases. My last APR reduction was on 2/8, so less than 5 months ago. They reduced my APR by 1/2 a percent, from 10.99% to 10.49%

I also purchased a lottery ticket.
