Approved this morning for my second 3X CLI on my American Express Blue Cash Everyday, 3k->9k!
Yesterday was 181 days. The CLI request page said "Loading Error" on web (PC and phone). I gave it 24 hours, still not loading. Opened a chat, automated response giving me a link to the CLI page. Eventually the automated responses didn't know what to do, I think it sent me to a person but they didn't identify themselves. They asked what I wanted my limit to be, I gave it the 3x total. Asked my income, I responded, another message saying to include assests, responded with a larger number. Couple minutes later I was approved for 9k total.
Blue Cash Everyday opened July 2020 $1k (only CapOne $500 showing on report)
61 day CLI request denied (asked for 5k, thought they might counter)
91 days later CLI request denied (asked for 3x)
91 days later, April 2021, CLI approved (3x, 1k->3k)
182 days later, Oct 2021, CLI approved (3x, 3k->9k)
EDIT- FICO score had not updated to October's score yet, even though it's after the date it usually shows.
Also removed mention of app, can't request CLIs in app.
