Amex 3x CLI success

Just wanted to say thank you to all of you! Got my first Amex in January, asked for an increase yesterday and received the 7-10 notice. Got a call today approving my cli!

Did you receive any communication with the phone call or letter in the mail for the initial hold up? And maybe it's because I've been out of the AMEX increase game for awhile but this is the first I've heard of them calling a customer to confirm a CLI
