Just logged in to Amex and requested credit line for BCE
Current credit line: 15k. I asked for 30k and they approved me immediately.
Amex tends to give more CL to its consumers ( better than other competitors out there when requesting more CL)

OP probably wasn't aware of the potential for a 3X CLI. He may have been able to squeeze out another $5k, but going from $15k to $45k usually won't happen without IV.
I'm sure this CLI offsets the pain from only getting $1500 on your Citi DC that you posted about in your other thread
