Congrats, I got the same email, fixed 13.9 interest rate and only asked for last four of Soc. Applied yesterday, got reviewing app let you know within 14 days. Checked app status today, declined. Will wait for letter and recon this one.

So did I, it had a reservation number which was prefilled all I had to enter was last 4 of social security and income. Like I said I'll recon it. There was also a survey with the email, filled it out and let them know I'm not a happy camper.
