Amex received August with an initial SL of $1000. Told myself from this forum that the card was most likely bucketed and I said I would wait a year to ask for a CLI. Saw a post about the Request an increase button missing and decided to go looking for it. When I found it, I realized that my 3rd statement cut a few days ago and owed about $200 on the card.
Clicked the button anyway fully expecting a denial but nope.Requested 3x but got a partial CLI, took my limit from $1000 to $2700. Guess I'm not bucketed 😬.

For real. I started reading and it said "Although we did not approve your request to increase your blah blah blah" I was like oh ok and then said "WAIT WHAT" when I saw partial and the amount. They can keep the $300, thanks for the extra $1700 😂😂
