My fico credit scores are EQ640 TR639 EX652  To Enquiries 3 things in collections One federal tax lien 11,300 Which I am paying down To car loans in good standing  Self lender account in good standing  Quicksilver one card Reporting a 0 balance Td bank secure card Reported a 0 balance  Discover at  Secured card Report and a 0 balance I had each card for months one Car loans for years The other car going on 2 years My question is do I have a chance in hell To Be approved for this card?  American Express blue card???

Just go to the Amex pre-qualify site and see if there are any offers. If you don't see any then I would not apply and I am sure most everyone would agree on that, but if you feel like getting HP is worth trying then go for it.
