I applied for the Amex Blue Cash Preferred today and was instantly approved with an $8800 Credit Limit. My Experian score was 790 and my income is $35,000.

Thanks. I did have an Amex previously in my early to mid 20's when I spent money on useless things. It's been probably 15-20 years since I had paid it off and closed it. Now in mid 40s, I'm much more responsible with my credit usage and don't waste it on things I don't need or can't pay off quickly.
