I talk to a rep with Amex and since this is my second card, and I already got a CLI 2 months ago I have to wait until my 180 are up.

I had the gold card, waited 6 months then applied for Am Ex BCE got approved for 10,000 SL , went immediately to chat said I was making major purchase and was brought up to 20,000 SL
