Amex CLI from 13k to 25k via phone

3rd time's a charm?

My 2019 Amex BCE card initial 10k was boosted to 13k on its own. Then I read about the infamous x3 request. Soooo I've been begging for 39k online for 9 mos. DENIED. They kept talking about my '11 BK. Waaa waaa waaa.

After this past 90 day period, I tried online again, but the credit increase portal was down for maintenance for the last 3 days. So I called into the computer instead. Frightful of the 39k smackdown, I chose a lower benchmark of 25k instead.
