Logged into my acct and had pre-approval for this card.........couldn't resist.  Got weird SL of 19.9K.  Must be close to my limit with Amex.  This will be an easy $300!!!!!

Where are you seeing the pre approvals under your account exactly?

Maybe I don't have it because my BCE is already at 44k?

Log into your account. Click on the blue "Menu" button on the upper left of the page. Then click "Cards" followed by "check for prequalified card offers". Click on "apply" on any of the cards that show up on the page and it should trell you if you are pre-qualified for it. Rest assured the application will not be submitted when you click apply. You usually have to enter income to finalize.
