Amex Delta Gold Approved - USAA Amex denied

App'd for USAA Amex Rewards, wanted the basic Amex but website was having problems ....denied regardless....counteroffered secured lol. I cancelled the offer...Already have the Visa at $3K

So afterwards app'd for Amex Gold Delta, wanted an airline card, denied few months back....Approved for $1.6K

Seems like I get the itch after 3-4 months...funny no inquiries yet from either but sure they are coming

Congrats! it IS possible that you wont get a HP for the Delta card....

I believe you may not get a HP if you are already an Amex card holder. I was not so lucky, I got a HP for all Amex cards I app-ed for

Justagirl...this my 3rd app for the Delta in the past 12 months. I have 6 inquiries from Amex alone..all EX except 1 EQ.

Had 3 denials before being approved for EDC..then 3 months later app'd Delta again.

So you'll get it. Not inquiry sensitive
