I applied for Amex ED last saturday night and got approved $2,300. Comparing to my other SL, this is pretty low but that's okay since my current BCE is $18,000 which I opened September 2016. Reason I applied for ED is to BT from Discover and make it both less than 30% UTI. Discover took a hit since my balance was 68.7%. Reading here, I'm glad UTI doesn't have memory as long as it's paid the next statement. Since I can't pay it all, had to rethink my plan hence applied for Amex ED for the promotional BT 
Transferred $11,000 from BCE to ED last night and now my ED has CL $13,300 and BCE has $7,000. Still amazing CL's.
Question, is my ED okay to request 3X CLI on 61st and if so, will it be from the SL?

I have an ED card with a 10K limit of which 7.5k is available as a BT.
If you started with a 2.3k limit what do you now have available for your BT limit after you shifted some of your SL to the new card?

When I had the SL of 2.3K the BT limit was around $1750.
Since I did moved an amount, and it covered what I needed to still be less 30% UTI, I didn't asked what's my BT limit now. Sorry!
