Opened BCE 6 months ago. Logged in to my account yesterday and there was a preapproval link for PRG. Applied and instantly approved. Love the fact that they issue a virtual card and the ability to add to wallet app right away. Used my BCE regularly, but not heavily. Always PIF before statement closing date.
