I've been out of the Amex stable for about 4 years now, unable to break back in - until now! It feels SO good to be back!
For the sake of data points for others, I have a 671EX, income of 96k, and some modest (3-5k) limits on a handful of prime(ish) cards (Discover It, NFCU Cash). They gave me the 5-7 day message, and I had an email 2 days later with the approval.
Now off to the garden for 12-18 months to prep for my first mortgage app...
Congrats! I think the Amex PRG is an amazing card. It's my primary card and I use it for everything. If you're spending over 3k a month, you will instantly see your points add up quickly. I love this card! Good job in getting back in with Amex; they are the best!
