Previously I had the "expanding your bla bla is easy." language. I checked again last night and finally showed "you're pre-approved " message. I pulled the trigger on was approved for $7,137

Experian FICO : 703

Income: $72k

I already had two business credit cards with Amex. This is my first personal cc

Congratulations! I just picked up this card as well during the three or four days that Marriott Rewards VISA and Ritz Carlton card members could get it with the 100,000 point SUB.

It was a pre-approved SP due to my existing personal AMEX cards...

I don't know. What's weird is that two accounts were opened for the luxury card with one application. But one of the accounts was automatically closed. The rep stated two accounts were opened because of a "system error"

Or it could be I finally reached my max exposure with Amex
