Amex SPG approved after paying off two old charge-offs

Today I finally have only $1000 limit Amex card ( SPG ) after paying off two charge-offs ( $1500 ) two weeks ago.
I registered it online and it shows that I am a member since 1990 when I was in college.
Thanks for all people who have given advice in this forum!

There were late mortgage payments 2.5 years ago. Since it was modified, there are no other Baddies.
