Amex generosity and double application approval

My short story with  Amex:

- Applied for ED, instant approval for 3k.

- Risk to apply for BlueCash straight after, application postponed for 3 days.

- BlueCash approved for 10k.

- ED comes through the mail, activate it.

- Request 10 000 CLI straight away, counter-offered at 9k.

This is pretty good given my credit history or lack thereof... So those of you who are on the fence with Amex, I`d suggest to pull the trigger.

congrats we have somiliar stories I apped for the blue cash first and got a 4000 cl then ed and got 10k on that and I just asked for an increase on the bluecsh after 3 weeks and its at 12k now but have to wait six now to request an increse for the ed
