Hi Everyone ! 

     I'm a bit perplexed... I applied for the Love Loft Mastercard and it was approved. I saw the pop-up and it gave me a credit limit of $250.00 and all. I was excited so, I decided why not call to see if they would increase my limit. The CS rep on the phone advised that I was approved for the store card. I neveer applied for the store card and their pop up even said I was approved for their Mastercard. Anyone else ever face this issue?

Congrats on being approved.

I would not take what the CSR said as gospel yet. Comentiy CSRs are typically not so good.

I would try to sign up for my online account. Store only cards typically will let you do this prior to getting the physical card but the VISA/MC you need to wait for the actual card to sign up.

Thank you ! I was excited with the Mastercard approval but the CSR totally killed my excitement lol Anywho, I tried to register but you need an account number to do so I truly hope the CSR was wrong and its a shiny new Mastercard !

Once i took a preapproval for modells visa and received the store card but I screen shoot the preapproval and mailed comenity and they erased the trade line. Once I was approved for the Ulta mastercard with a 400 limit and then got an email saying sorry but it's the store card. That 250 limit makes me think it's not the mastercard
