Earlier today I was offered a 3.9% APR on purchases for a few months. I just decided to click on the CLI love button, and saw that it would be a soft hit, so figured I'd roll the dice. I got some CLI love for the holidays from $8k to $10k.

About 3 years ago I was turned down by Citi DC due to too many credit hits, even though my Fico was/still is over 800. I guess I should start warming up to this card.
