So I posted a few days back that I was approved for a Chase Disney Premier, which was a bit of a dream card of mine (yes- I know-but it's a great fit for our family). Anyway, I logged into Chase today to pay my Freedom and CSP. And scrolled down, and...they didn't give me the $5,000 limit afterall...THEY GAVE ME $15,000!
So, the happy happy here, is that despite the fact that AMEX won't give me 3x CLI luv, Disney will apparently do so overnight.
Really, though, I think the "instant approval- $5,000" is that you are approved, and since it's a VIsa Signature, you definitely get at LEAST $5,000. Then they determine how much.
This makes them my highest limit...yay!
Just wanted to share in case anyone was considering apping.

SunriseEarth- I agree! But, if you app through the Disney site, they offer a $200 statement credit after first purchase...and the Disney perks look good. I have BCP for groceries and gas and Freedom for the rotating categories. I figured it was a good way to cover some of our food next trip.

Very nice, Congrats on the great CL! I love the Disney Premier Card, the rewards are enough for my family to get annual passes and still have plenty left over to put on a gift card for the food and wine festival!
