My Target card was at $700 for a few years after getting an initial CLI from a lower number. Back in October I had a good casual conversation with an employee at their executive office. I brought up some challenges my wife and I have shopping with such a low limit, especially around Christmas time. They mentioned they would look into it, I didn't expect anything out of it because you don't read about too many success stories with Target.
When my November statement cut I received a bump up to $1,100. Today I logged in to look at the damage my wife did on her recent trip and noticed they bumped me up to $1,600. The good news is that my limit went up. The bad news? My wife spent over $500 in a single trip
