My main goal is to help some family move debts to 0%

1.) PenFed

Approved for Platinum Rewards 18K

applied for Gold Visa but got a message to talk to a loan officer.

2.) Citi

Appvoved for Diamond preferred MC for 10K

applied for Simplicity next and got denied

3.) Chase

Approved for Slate 9,800

Denied Freedom

4.) Discover IT approved for 4.5k

5.) Bank of America BankAmericard MC approved for 3.5K

I am still thinking about joining Navy Fed and USAA and following up on some of the denials from Citi and Chase. Is there an app limit of 1 per day on some of these or do they only want me to have one of their cards? I appreciate all the info on this forum and would love some more ideas on how to maximize my opportunities.

Congrats on the approvals first off. 

With the data you provided on your profile and your scores, I'm surprised at the multiple denials you got here, as well as some of the low starting limits.  Did you receive any denial reasons?  It's very odd to me that you'd get denied when you're talking 0 INQ, 11 years AAoA, clean file, high 700's scores on average.

The only thing I can think of is if you currently have a ton of CCs or very high total credit limits perhaps you're spread too thin?
