This is my first post and I have been reading the forums for a few months. I am a college student who started building credit in September 2019. My first card is the Apple Card, which I applied for after seeing some people get approved for it with no credit history, and I was approved with a $250 SL. I have since applied and have been approved for the Discover it Chrome for Students and the Bank of America Cash Rewards. After using the Apple Card for six months and seeing some recent Apple Card CLI success on the forums, I decided to text GS for a CLI, and it was instantly increased to $500! While the Apple Card remains my lowest limit of the three cards I opened, I will gladly accept it as credit building is a marathon and not a sprint. This is also the first CLI on any of my cards! I have learned so much from reading these forums, and I'm excited to see what the future has to offer in the world of financial responsibility!
