I've tried last week and got an instant notification that it was to early to apply. Ive waited right after 90 days and I paid off my balance this morning at 7am. Contacted support by chat at 7:05. Updated my income and cs told me I should get an answer in a few minutes or hours. 

my initial limit was $1200, I got the email at 11:36 for a new limit of $3200!

my current TU score is low 600. But I charged between 1500 and 3200 each month on the card and paid in full before statement cut. 

I guess I have to wait 3 more months before my next try! Hope my TU score will raise (opened a few accounts recently and had a drop of 70 points in January!)
