You're experience also shows that you don't need to have a balance report in order to "get credit" ( no pun intended) for the spend!
Might I ask what your spend has been since you got the card?
Haha, thank you. When I got the card in January my limit was only $350. It sucked but I intended in using the card a lot to see if they'd increase it in 90 days. So I averaged around $1,000 every month, basically maxing it out, but paying it off right when the transactions post. I was denied after 90 days and barely used the card in April because of that. And yesterday I was like, let me try again. It can't hurt.
And yeah, I've read on here before the balance report is a lie.
Thanks for the additional information and once again, congratulations!
@RotaryP7 wrote:So I made a thread on here about 30 days ago about my (first 90 days) Apple Card CLI denial. I decided to ask for a CLI again today and they actually increased it! From $350 to $1,500. For those wondering, my first denial reason was, the "recently past due" remark. Which as I stated, I haven't had a late payment for over 2 years. I usually always pay off my Apple Card instantly. I never leave a balance. And if I do, I usually pay it off a few days after. So, even if they deny you, keep requesting, you never know.
Congratulations on your Apple 🍎 CLI! Nicely played. Yes! Ask again. When they're SP's it can't hurt, whatever the outcome!
See, I told you GS would come around! Nice work waiting it out and continuing to put spend through the card. I'm glad things are starting to look up!
Don't stop til you get enough come on!
Congrats on your CLI!
