Re: Approval Spree

Congrats. Not sure why you got the quicksilver1 instead of the regular one. Also, depending on how close those approvals are, Chase may cancel your card with them as they do a second pull about a week or so later and don't like seeing sprees.

Re: Approval Spree

EQ - 787
TU - 747
EX - 766
Utilization - <1% and all balances paid monthly

Several charge offs and late payments during my college days(5-7 years ago) that are still impacting my credit score. Quite a few will drop off this year.

My credit was in the low 600’s 2 years ago. Paid off all of my debt and bought a house late 2017. My credit score has shot up nicely since. Even with all of the mishaps.

Re: Approval Spree

Possibly, but I’ve already spent 10K+ on the CSP card in 2 weeks and paid it off. Already received the 60,000 points and put it to use. Lol. I’m not familiar with their process, but I’d hate to lose that card. It’s been great.

Re: Approval Spree

The QS1 started in 2012... one of my oldest credit lines.

Re: Approval Spree

Ahhh, gotcha. My qs1 is my oldest right now so I'll keep it forever. Hopefully I'll be able to product change it in the future.

If you've had it for 2 weeks you're probably safe. Usually it's in the first week that they claw back bonuses and shut down cards.

Re: Approval Spree

I’m not even sure what products the QS1 can be upgraded to. Savor? But then you have to pay an AF

Welcome and congrats on a great spree.

What’s the purpose of keep applying? You have a great collection of cards with bomb SLs. You probably need to spend to get your SUBs.

Enjoy your spoils by allowing them all to age together gracefully.
