Approved $500 for Capital One Platinum Visa...Recon?

I was approved for a $500 limit, I want to try and get that raised to at least $1000. Is there a good number?

Capital One doesn't recon unfortunately. $500 cards are usually enrolled in Credit Steps though which comes with an increase after 5 months of on time payments. Check your email and the info they send you in the mail or call customer service to find out if this is a Credit Steps card.

As already stated there is no recon with Cap-1, humans cannot override the machines at this bank anymore. You get what the computer says you get and its final.

Okay will do! Thank you all, i'm happy to be back in with Capital One, after burning them a few times. But I made sure to pay off all of my cards.

Don't think there's any kind of recon  with Cap1. Whatever the computer gives you, that's gonna be final. 

After 101 days you can check for an upgrade to the Quicksilver without an AF.
