congrats. wow this bank is getting a lot of attention. 7 or 8 months back i casually appd for two of their cards (rewards & travel) and was approved for 5500 each. Used the travel card last year to get the SUB and Global Entry. Paid off and since then never used. Don't know what they do for CLIs. Guessing all these 4500 approvals are not signature cards

it is odd how they really like that $4,500 number, but it's still $4,500 that wasn't there before lol 

My report updated today and I noticed one of them reported it as 'flexible spending account' so I guess they come in a VS version. I didn't see anything online about it but we'll find out when it shows up

Congrats on the Approval @howellco2!! I thought about dropping in a 2nd app to but like others said once I rechecked the prequal page after the first one I didn't get any new results so I'm not poking the bear

did you say " BB&T as " Flexible Spending Account" ? what do you mean? its not a revolving account? is it an installment? never heard of flexible spending account outside of workplace known as FSA..

explain please?

I tried the SP and got the 3 offers as well, but apparently took too long to decide on which card (researching) and the offers disappeared. When I go to try the prequal again, it says no offers at this time?

Looks like I didnt pull the trigger in time and lost the opportunity?

Has this happened with anyone? I would love to get the "freebie" card without an HP

@intelecorp,I already have the BB&T Cash Rewards card, but I just now went through the Pre-Qual exercise and was offered all 3 BB&T credit cards.

So, the BB&T SP for credit cards is STILL available!

Hi.. when was the last time you used the SP to generate the offers? Im hoping I can try again soon.

You can apply for a second card but it would be a HP and if your reports are frozen, you won't be able to get it. But I think if you wait a few months the preapps will return and you could get another one on a SP.

HI jnbMom... my issue was I actually never took the offer for the 1st card because I was offered 3 optons, went to research them and then when I was ready to select (I wanted a card with no foreign transaction fees) the page was already gone. I went and submitted again, but then it said no preoffers availabel at this time.

I was wondering if I had to wait sometime to go back and try again or if anyone experienced this?
