@Anonymous, no that is the actual credit limit, not a temporary one.

When I was approved for this exact card about 2 years ago, the $31,000 SL was the same as the actual CL that came with the card carrier. That is unless Citi has changed things recently.

How so?

Chase likes to throw big cls on their travel cards and Citi isnt known for high sl even for good profiles
