Approved! Discover IT, $5500. CSP $5000

Well, I decided to jump on the IT because I had an INQ to burn, didnt want to swap out the seedling two months after the BCE. Turned out I got approved for $5,500. So, I decided if I could get $5000 out of them, I could get $5000 out of chase on a CSP.

Instant approval for both, more than doubled my total available credit. Didn't need either one. Guess that silly Freedom won't be getting much love for a while.

So, back to seedling. Planted it about 14 minutes ago. Don't know what else I could possibly app for now...

Anybody got any suggestions for new goals?

I was thinking maybe an Amex charge next year, or even a Capital one no AF Cash rewards for 1.5 percent on non catagory spending/bills?

Congrats!!!! Garden and they will grow with you for sure! I say next year see what good cards are out and deals at that time. For now focus on letting them grow, and dont give in to drapping!!

Congrats! Thats awesome! Which credit report did Discover and Chase pull? What area are you in?

Credit score - 721 TU (lender pulled 5/21/13), EQ - 736 (MyFico pulled on 7/03/13), EX - 721 (MyFico pulled on 9/07/13) Goal - 780 *Garden* until May 2014 when 5 baddies age to 4.5 yrs. Then prime card app spree!

Chase Pulled EX and Discover pulled EQ, according to my daily update on Credit Secure. I am in Nevada. My EQ got dinged because I had more inqs there than the other two reports.

Oh well, I guess that I can temporarily lose 4 points on my score for the new card!
