I haven't seen any datapoints that coincide with this. I just apped and was immediately approved for the BCE $450 offer, closed window and reopened and still had the 25K MR offer on the Everyday so I apped and was also instantly approved for that. Maybe 3-5 min apart for two credit cards not charge card. Woohoo!!

Edit: This is 2 AMEX revolvers not a charge card.
