Approved for $5000 with Navy Federal Credit Union!

I applied on 1/29/14 and within 2 hrs got approved for Cash Rewards card for $5000. My EQ score is only 561. I am happy about it but bummed about the car loan being declined.

Now if I can get them to approve my car loan I will be ok. I am having trouble with them accepting my bank statements. I have a pre-approval for $22,000 but they keep denying because they can't verify my income and employment. Very frustrating! My bank and employer only provide documents via online so it does not look like a traditional pay stub or bank statement. I am on the phone with a Supervisor from loan servicing dept. Hopefully this gets her done.

Thanks...Now they are denying me because my direct deposit doesn't come to them and I am a new member. So I applied for less $16,000.

Congrats on the new card! NFCU is awesome, sometimes you may have to prove yourself first. They def like to see direct deposit. Good luck!
