Well guys finally i decided to apply for BCE. It was not instantly appplied, had to send a bank letter. and it took about 2 weeks but yesterday got the approved email. Since it took so long ref num was expired so had to call and verify. The operator notified me i had been approved for a 4k SL. Definetly more than what i imagined considering my low income

Have a discover student credit card(opened in july) with a 1,250 cl and 3 student loans.
