My Wife was approved for her second CC since coming from the Philippines two years ago! She is currently a permanent resident and has one CC with BoA @ $5k and a Car Loan with BoA @ 6.7 APR. We wanted to go into 2021 with really building her credit stronger so she doesn't have to piggyback off me anymore with AU's on my cards. She has a low 700's score and an average income below $50k.

I'm just grateful that BECU gave her a chance with no previous relationship with them for their best card. We're a bit saddened that it's a $1k but, it's something to start off and hopefully increase with a CLI in the future and refinance her car to a better rate and show BECU she's dependable!

Anyone know how BECU handles CLI's? Any DP's would be appreciated!

Congrats to your DW! I've been with BECU for 20 years and my three CLI's were each auto. CLI requests will be an HP.
