Approved for Capital One Savor with 10K SL

Hi I am new to the forums (been lurking and reading for a long time though)

I was approved for a Cap 1 Savor with a 10K SL! A little info all scores are in the 760s or higher, with TU being the highest at 800. I have a Cap 1 Quicksilver that was PC from a Platinum and have requested multiple CLIs and they all get declined and it seems to be stuck at $1500 CL so decided to take the plunge on a new card with them and was very impressed with the starting CL. It was a HP with all 3 CBs.

A little more info, no baddies on report. Also have AMEX BCE 11.6K limit, Discover IT 9K, Target $800. One auto loan that still has about 4 yrs left of payments.

I did the same thing back when. The Plat wouldnt grow. Apped for the WEMC QS for 10K. Thats how you do it. Combine it and say later.

I'm seriously considering this. Did you try their prequal site before applying? I have a QS PC'd from a Plat. The CLI's have all but dried up and my prequals are only for the Plat and QS after a year and in spite of my scores. Don't want to risk the 3 HPs on a lost cause.

Yes, I checked prequal and the Savor was there before applying. The Venture and VentureOne was also listed as well but I figured I shouldn’t push it yet

Good to know, thanks! When I called them to see if I had any offers they told me they'd noted my account that I was unhappy with my current card. I guess I'll wait another year.
