Approved for Citi AAdvantage World Elite MC 7 years post BK

Long time since I have been on this site but wanted to post a recent success.  I tried the prequalification link at Citi with no dice.  I decided to app for the Citi AAdvantage World Elite MC anyways and was approved for $17,500!  I am shocked since I know Citi frowns on BK's showing.  My BK discharged 7/12 (7+ years ago).  I have no baddies since BK and 1% utilization, pulled EQ and my score was 722.   

Something worthy of noting is I apped for the standard Citi AAdvantage card 2 years ago and was declined and then applied/approved for the Barclays Aviator card.  That one is getting closed today.

Great! Thanks for these data points. I'm looking to apply for the business version very soon with a slightly lower score, and some baddies (no bk). This gives me hope.
