This will probably be my last consumer AMEX, as the ones left aren't really my speed.

100k + 10x restaurants + Shop Small for 6k over 6 months was enough to pull the trigger. I plan on spending 6 weeks in Europe and have my mom and daughter join me for part of it (including London in June/July, so $$$$) so Daddy needs those six digit SUBs and fat AMEX earning.

I'm likely to ask for a retention offer in year two and then retain or shut down, depending. I don't place high value on lounges and some other uses/credits but the FHR credit + airline misc credit + Uber credit works for me (there is a nearby place to eat that uses Uber Eats).

Yes, I know there's a cash out devalue. That's not what I'm here for.
