After almost a year of patience my patience has paid off. Approved for the US bank altitude reserve. Been eyeing this card for a while and looking on different forums for hours to see viable data points and to see many different data points on us bank rules i found it very YMMV with this card in particular, i had planned to wait until december to apply as that would have been when I was at 0/12 but after seeing a few people get approved for it the last few weeks I gave it a shot.
Got the 7-10 message on the 11th early morning and I felt confident. Called the automated status line Monday morning around 9:30 and said the application is under review , called again around 4 and I was approved. No email notice or anything until late last night/early morning.

0/12 on inquires and 1/12 for accounts(last November)
5 inquires at time before applying so at 6 now
6% utilization
100% payment history.
Card appears in my app today.
