@Anonymous wrote:Thank you! And no annual fee! I'll definitely keep it open. I have come a long way. Have a bankruptcy that drops off in a year and a very healthy amount of available credit. Wells Fargo it started with a $2000 secured card and in 4 years now $13k in credit!
Congrats on your approval!! Wells Fargo had offered me a secured card years ago and I never took them up on it. At the time I didn't understand the concept of secured cards or that they could graduate and get me a foot in the door. Now I'm kicking myself for it! You're doing a great job.
Congrats on your approval and no they won't
Congrats on your new WF card !
Congrats op and no they won't cancel the first card ..
@Anonymous wrote:I have a Wells Fargo Platinum credit card with an $8,000 limit. No rewards. I got an offer in the mail for the Wells Fargo Cash Rewards card, which to me makes sense so I can use the rewards (I always pay off my statement balance). I was approved for $5,000. So...will Wells Fargo close my Platinum card now I have the Rewards card? I hope not, because I want the credit bump of total available credit.
No, credit cards dont work like that. Congrats, those are pretty nice limits for WF. Enjoy
I suspect that since I have had this account for over 20 years and have had direct deposits of 150k/year from employment for 4 years WF gives me some extra juice with my credit limit...
Congrats on your approval!
Congratulations!
