@Dave I applied yesterday on my phone and it said:

"Oops, our bad! We're not sure if your application went through. Give it 24 hours and try again if you don't get a response."

So I applied today on my laptop and it went through successfully. They asked for my driver's license via a link they texted to my phone, I went on and sent it and literally two seconds later I got an email that said "Congratulations, you're approved!"
