August Success - 3 out of 4 new credit card approvals

Have been working on rebuilding my credit since June 2016.  My scores have risen, so thought it was time to take the risk and some hits with inquiries.

Applied for Discover It - approved $8000 credit line

Bank of America - denial

Amex Everyday Credit Card - approved $2000 credit line

Wells Fargo Case Wise Visa - approved $2700 (I bank with WF and have a mortgage with them)

This is my rebuild FICO scores from June 2016 to August 2017

June 2016 Experian 507

Jan  2017 EQ 625 - TU 652 - Exp 587

June 2017 EQ 662 - TU 678 - Exp 617

July 2017 EQ 696 - TU 713  - Exp 654

August 2017 EQ  698 = TU 729 - Exp 732

2 judgements fell off July 1, 2017 with new rules.  Working on late payments mostly student loans, last late payment over 1 year ago.

Congrats on your approvals. You will love your Disco Card. My favorite card by far. Also... since you got the Amex ED card... you can apply for the PRG or Green Card (tho the PRG is a kick a@@ Card) on the same day and only have one INQ. Also your MR Points will go to one account for both cards. Kind of a free approval if you do it now-the sooner the better. If you don’t want to pay an AF the first year is free so use it for year one and then downgrade to the Green Card.

Also-remember your 61 day 3X CLI on the Amex and 91 Days on Discover.

Congrats again! Nice work getting those scores up as well. It is nice when the effort finally starts to pay off.
